Learning to Train
For skiers 9-12 years of age. Orientation towards endurance sports where fitness is increasingly important. The focus is on balance, agility and rhythm with use of drills and games to enhance skill development. Participation in youth championships, tournaments, club and regional races slightly increases. Focus on both ski techniques-Skate and Classic.

Prerequisite: Skiers must have a Jackrabbits level 3 or permission from a coach to enroll.
Group ski sessions: Tuesday evenings 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Thursday evenings 5:00pm to 6:30pm and Saturday mornings 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
