The third level of our programming is based on the Learn to Train programming level and targets youth 9-12 years old. Developed in parallel with the LTAD guidelines, program materials include an enrolment kit, team clothing item, and all-weather program award stickers for the skier’s program passport. The focus of the Track Attack program is to help participants become technically competent cross country skiers and use their skills to explore a wide range of outdoor, biathlon, and Nordic ski activities.
Cold Weather Policy: Coaches will cancel lessons if the weather is colder than -25 C or -28 C with a wind chill and indoor programming for that lesson can not be arranged. Please contact your coach if you are unsure whether your lesson will be cancelled.
