The purpose of the program is to join other masters for fun, fitness and friendship. Workouts will be developed by Janet Findlay. We will gather at the chalet, hear about the workout and head out on the trails together. You are welcome to come and try a session before you make your commitment.
The program runs at Mt Evergreen Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 10am – 12noon (switches to 1pm-3pm on snow)
