
TRAINING TO TRAIN
Athletes ages 12-18 will be offered a complete winter program, beginning with dryland training in early September. Athletes wishing to pursue more in-depth training will be offered year round training programs. Refinement of techniques is emphasized. Increase in physical fitness through early season dryland training activities is also emphasized.
Competitive experiences increase at this level through participation in MB Winter Games, Eastern Championships and MB Cup Series as members of the KNTA Nordic Race Team.

Monday - Friday evenings 4:15pm to 6:15pm
