32nd annual Manitoba Loppet is coming up on January 27th. For anyone interested in the 50-k Super Loppet, remember that you must pre-register by 1:00 p.m. January 26th. Format: Time Trial followed by Category Heats followed by Open Heats Technique: Skate
Course: 100m, 150m, 200m, 300m, 600m, and 1200K courses using the start/finish area and Two Towers
Track: Well groomed Weather at Kenora Airport: -11°C, light snow, 10KPH west wind, 85% humidity Participants: 142

TA invitational Cross Country Run attracted runners from 4 different high schools. The weather turned out to be just right and the competion was great. Hopefully next year this event will group to include all schools in the Kenora and Rainy River school boards.
