Great of skiing - 8.5 km classic race only this year. Fantastic spirit - costumes etc. We had 2 groups - the racers and the touring group.
Amie Mathews and Stephane Lacroix posted the top female and male times.

Join us for a great adult night at Mount Evergreen.
All Mount Evergreen facilities will be open - the chalet, hill and cross country trails.
The kitchen crew is trying out some new great food ideas so come and sample and help us choose.
It will be a fun evening of skiing, good food and great company.

The NorWossa organizing committee at the request of visiting highschool teams included grade 8’s in a pre NorWossa race on February 5th & NWOSAA on February 6th..
A nice addition to the first ever NorWossa and NWOSAA High School races. Congradulations to all those althletes who attended.
A big thanks to the High School student volunteers and all the KNTA members without whom these races would not have happened.

Jackrabbit Johanssen Day (Fun Day) is: February 16th -Jackrabbit kids can bring a friend. Reserve rental equipment well in advance to ensure no one is dissapointed.
Jackrabbits go downhill: Feb 2, 23 & 24th at 1 pm (ticket sales: 12:00 - 12:30 Jan 19th and 26th…see Coach Joel Stoliker… 5 bucks, 5 bucks, 5 bucks lift/equipment/instruction).

The ‘2008 Cross Country Canada’s Elementary School Cross Country Ski Championships’ is hosted by the Kenora Nordic Trail Association at the Mt. Evergreen Ski Club, Kenora, ON on February 25,2008.
